  1. Great .. photo, can see that they have a bit of age on them. Love the way you have put them in a frame … how do you do that ???? *smile My favorite is the “tea field” – the last.

    1. I like the tea fields too 🙂

Make the table in Word, then Copy and Paste to WordPress (use the special button in WP)

      1. Thanks .. will try that when it comes to my own photo’s will get there soon. Dumped all my photo’s 2 years ago. Never looked them since they where taken – now I could have shared them. That’s life – at least mine.

  2. Indonesia is a fascinating country, very rich in culture. I traveled there for awhile in the late Seventies.

Unfortunately, it has fallen on very bad times, and is unlikely to recover. What a pity, that such nice people should suffer the most!

I noticed the same thing in Sri Lanka and the Maldives.

    1. My feeling is that many of the companies leaving China are looking at Indonesia as an alternative for cheap labour.

  3. Was there a while back when my father and I went to visit relatives there and the surrounding areas Surabaya, Bandung as well as Bali. Such a different life! But very beautiful in the mountain regions and also the beaches. Would be interesting to go back sometime. Thanks for posting!

  4. Ah, thanks for bringing back good memories. I enjoyed my time in Jakarta very much. The traffic was crazy though!
