   Craig, I have a proposal for a book on “Service Management.” It is not the usual “call center” book. It gets into the weeds on all aspects; field, factory, installation, managing work orders, software, failure mechanisms, etc.. Is there any use for this type of book in your neck of the woods? Thanks for reading this.
